Preparation
Cooking Instructions – General

Tastiest when microwaved straight from the freezer.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
These instructions are guidelines only.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook – From Frozen

Alternatively, oven bake.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5 35-35 mins.
Pre-heat oven.
Pierce film lid.
Middle of oven on baking tray.

Microwave – From Frozen

1. Pierce the film lid.
2. Microwave on Full Power for:
650W/B 8 mins, 750W/D 7 mins, 850W/E 6 mins.
3. Peel back the film lid, stir rice then sauce, replace film.
4. Microwave on FULL POWER for:
650W/B 2 mins, 750W/D 2 mins, 850W/E 2 mins.
5. Stand for 1 minute, stir then serve.
